Loved the place, had a fabulous stay on a business trip. We had superior queen room to ourselves with a beautiful bathroom, stunning view over the town to the snow capped hills beyond the Loch and good daily housekeeping.

Newly renovated old-fashioned property with hard-working staff especially the receptionists. Large breakfast, stocked classic queen room. Perfect and magnificent location just off restaurants and shops and train station, the railway station and park in the middle of town by the train station in a very nice area.

Had a fantastic stay with my family, we spent 4 nights here, everything was great. The hotel's location was great, really close to the highlands, The Parade, and busstation. Spent my evenings in nearby The Crofter, especially when it was particularly hot outside.

Clean place with sea views and exceptionally attentive staff. Recently renovated room, a decent size, with comfy beds. Stunning location, very close to Old Fort. Only 10 min walk to downtown.

the hotel is pleasant and fairly clean, nestled in an amazing building with exceptionally good view over to the hills and water. the room is reasonably priced. perfect personnel is especially the receptionists. also, the location is great and brilliant, minutes from jacobite train. when i am in fort william, i like staying here.

The location was brilliant and pleasant for Fort William, close enough to restaurant and bar, train and Bus Station, and the Ben Nevis and other awesome nature areas. The English breakfast was offered with stronger coffee and tomatoes, for instance.
